Fighting for inclusive education, because the future depends on today!
Cantinho do Olavo was a project with the very important goal of securing a scholarship for Olavo at a school that welcomes him socially and helps him deal with his high abilities, as well as raising awareness and spreading more knowledge about autism.
Olavo is a beautiful child who has been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, a mild level on the autistic spectrum, and is considered a prodigy.
Since he was 1 year and 9 months old, he showed signs of high abilities, such as reading and writing. At the time, he was only 5 years old and already spoke several languages, was great at calculating and had a fantastic memory.
Having all these skills and living on the spectrum, he needs an education that can cope with them.
They're different, but the world we want is different!
Social media
Our challenge was to create something playful for the social networks, showing Olavo's daily life so that the public could learn about his story and also spreading knowledge about the cause with informative posts.
Taking this into consideration, we created a plan that involved the public getting to know Olavo, as well as promoting inclusion, education and rights. We searched for relevant dates for the cause, included the challenges that an autistic child faces in everyday life and made the networks look like him.
His YouTube channel was part of the project as its main objective, seeking to inform and try to change the scenario that still persists today. With pastel colors and simple elements, we created the logo with Olavo's face to make the page more striking, showing all his friendliness and joy.
