Em 2021, nasceu em Santos, a Mangée Pizzas, a restaurant that has come to innovate that old concept: quality food. The concept quickly stood out by bringing back the essence of good food, differentiating itself from the traditional options found in delivery apps.
The goal is not just to serve pizzas, but to provide a unique culinary experience, with an authentic taste and artisanal quality. Valuing fresh and selected ingredients, the pizzeria seeks to bring back the pleasure of enjoying a pizza made with care and dedication, reviving tradition in every bite.

Selected flavors

Mangée's main menu brings out the true essence of the pizza restaurant: creativity and gastronomic innovation. Inspired by the process of helping to suggest unique combinations of dishes, we also help to create catchy names and convey their striking visual identity on the menus. Each pizza is made with different and surprising ingredients, reflecting the concept of new and extraordinary experiences. With an engaging and detailed presentation, our menus invite customers to explore unexpected flavors, making every meal at Mangée a delicious discovery.

Capturing the unique and different flavors of Mangée was a challenge, we portrayed the elegance of the new establishment and the new traditions of the old flavors with different ingredients, but also brought all this experience to our visual communication on social media.

Offline
Supplies

The launch called for customization that carried the sophistication of the identity created. From social media to offline materials, the materials enhanced the customer's experience with the product. These included menus, pizza boxes and even personalized drawings to entertain children.
Customer loyalty is an essential pillar for the success of a pizzeria and the brand had this goal, it is crucial to adopt strategies that reinforce the brand's identity at all points of contact with the customer. That's why we created the Mangée loyalty card and concierge to guarantee a uniform and memorable experience for all customers.

Menus

Menus are not just a tool for choice, but an extension of identity and probably what everyone will remember when they get hungry for pizza. At Mangée, the menus have been carefully designed to reflect the diversity of flavors, ingredients and quality of the pizzas.

Seeds menu

Creativity is the best way to present an old idea. To offer a different menu, we created a layout that went beyond the dishes and prices: we included small seeds for planting, bringing Mangée's spice into the home.
We followed the concept of the pizza restaurant and avoided producing more waste on the planet. The paper was biodegradable and became a real plant. All you had to do was tear it up, put it in a pot with soil and water it, so the customer could have more basil in their life and the planet less waste.

House menu

Social media

Handcrafted pizzas made for special moments need communication to match, so we created a unique communication strategy and visual identity for the launch.
We create communication and digital presence, with the complete package for Facebook, Instagram and Google.
For the launch countdown, we wanted to give you a taste, so we produced a series of videos capturing the launch process. From the construction, the façade and the irresistible dishes.
The videos act as invitations, arousing the desire to get to know the restaurant's food and setting the launch date.
The editorial tone on social media was relaxed and drew the attention of the target audience, with simple texts and constructions to speak directly to the consumer, creating an immediate link with the brand's visual identity. The artwork was punctuated with jokes, a more intelligent design and, of course, lots of photos of the best pizzas in the region.

Influencers

A special pizza like this needs to find its audience, so we selected influencers to reach the target audience we wanted.
We managed the contracts and ensured that the actions reflected the values we had established, and we achieved positive results for Mangée.

iFood

Everything aligned, we put Mangée's menu on iFood, highlighting the pizza flavors with photos and detailed descriptions, providing tangible results aligned with the client's objectives.
As part of a strategy focused on ensuring an in-depth analysis of sales, we created a detailed spreadsheet to monitor the brand's performance on a weekly basis, identifying different sales categories and presenting monthly graphs at the end of each period.
This approach made it easier to analyze sales from iFood's perspective, using the data to find the best way to act within the app and reach the public effectively.

Paid Media

Once all the communication is in place, it's time to put paid traffic into action. This is a powerful tool for raising credibility and attracting more and more customers to your pizzeria.
Our strategy involved engagement campaigns to promote posts, gain followers and drive traffic to the pages. Our approach took advantage of the engaged customer's intention to buy to increase the chances of conversion, with campaigns focused on getting clicks on links, where the customer learned every detail of the product, entered the service flow and finalized the order.
