QueroTruck is a platform designed to cover the gaps in the truck market, creating opportunities for buying and selling new or used trucks, both B2B and B2C, as well as delivering quality content to the truck community. Identity

QueroTruck set out to tackle different fronts, and needed to be different from what we found on the market. We started by thinking about a strong and striking launch strategy to enter the industry with an impact, then we produced the identity that would bring the public's eyes to the platform.
The brand's visual identity was presented, along with all their drip marketing, including billboards, offline materials and other applications to illustrate the brand's future. We chose the continuous use of illustrations, graphic elements that refer to the market consumer and each of the services offered by QueroTruck.

Social media

We created the social media for the launch on the most relevant platforms and designed content that highlighted the visual identity to create a memory in the public and be the first thought when buying and selling new and used trucks.
Once the social networks were ready and before the buying and selling platform was online, we produced the warm-up that began with the brand's Landing Page. The strategy was to focus on the optimized and well-structured creation of a page designed to provide information, highlighting the main objectives and encouraging the public to take action on the social media.
Our goal is to connect the brand with its audience, not only to increase engagement, but also to turn these interactions into hits and registrations on the platform after the launch. Strategically thought out content, carefully planned and designed to meet different editorial tones, results in maximum impact when the brand is launched in the digital environment, whether with the general public, the community that lives on the road or the entrepreneurs who invest in the sector.

Campaigns

The involvement of the truck market revolves around simpler, day-to-day communication, but also with videos that bring this more humanized dialogue. We've produced several campaigns on interesting dates for the public, such as Women's Day, which focused on women who live in this area of work, driving or supporting, but also content aimed at protecting truck drivers on the roads, as well as promoting access to the platform.
We've also produced videos explaining the features, their benefits and how to sign up, as part of an initiative to accompany the launch and help the public find their way around the platform:

Paid media

We developed a paid media plan that targeted the audiences and cities with the highest volume of truck traffic in the country. We created campaigns for the segment, contributing significantly to an increase in website hits, followers and engagement on social media.
The strategic approach enabled an effective connection with the target audience, optimizing results in the digital environment. Following the launch of the platform, we developed a media plan focused on assertive mass dissemination, reaching an even wider audience in an impactful way.
Through actions reflected in the social media, with personalized content to present the platform, the response from the public was positive and reinforced the effectiveness of the strategy.

Podcast

On the road, truck drivers have a lonely lifestyle and one of the escapes they find is the radio, where they explore conversations about their daily lives and the famous “stories” they've been telling since the profession began. That's why the idea of the podcast was born to help truck drivers in these moments and to help debate the news that surrounds this world.
We created an identity to meet this demand, allied to the primary brand, but with its own face. The podcast asked for a setting that would bring their world into the recording studio, so we created the layout, scenography and photography to talk about the road properly.
After choosing the guests strategically to cover different areas in all the episodes, the production of the scripts began in full swing to create the ideal dialog and we managed to align an open approach that gave space for a more casual conversation for the listeners.
After studying how to guarantee the quality of the recording, taking into account the logistics of the guests and the presenter, we managed the execution plan. The recording was successful, and the promotion of the first and second seasons on social media, with short videos of the episodes, was very well received!
